The PowerBook G4 Family was released in April 2004. The 12-inch model features a 1.33GHz G4 processor, 768MB of PC2700 DDR RAM, a Nvidia GeForce FX Go5200 GPU, a 12-inch screen with a max. internal resolution of 1024x768 pixels, a mini-DVI port that can output DVI-, VGA- or Composite-signals. The hard drive is a 100GB model and the optical drive is a super drive (CD-ROM, R, -RW, DVD-ROM, -R, +R, -RW, +RW). You can attach external devices via 2 USB-2.0 ports, a FireWire 400 port, 16bit audio in or out. Communication can run over 100Mbit ethernet port, a built-in 56k modem, a built-in Airport Extreme (54 Mbit WLAN) adapter or an internal bluetooth adapter. The battery spec speaks of up to 5 hours lifetime. The whole package weighs in at 2.1 kg and measures 27.7cm by 21.9cm by 3cm.
